Set it up your way
Every Aula event comes down to two choices: the format of the room, and who runs the stream. However you set it up, there’s no in-house event team to hire. You bring the details; we build the venue and we’re on call from start to finish, stress-free for you.
Broadcast
Guests watch, chat and vote. Their camera is never asked for. Annual general meetings, webinars, conferences.
One or many stages streamed to an audience that watches and reacts through chat, polls and moderated Q&A. Registration, access control and the recording are all handled. The right pick when the room should stay focused on the stage.
Summit
Guests move around: networking tables, exhibitor booths and meeting rooms, cameras on. Summits, trade shows, community events.
Everything in Broadcast, plus a floor your guests walk: tables where the cameras come on, lounges between sessions, and exhibitor booths with their own meeting rooms. Best when the point is people meeting people, not just watching a screen.

In person in Finland, but virtual is where our expertise lies. International speakers dialled in from anywhere, live panels, seamless presentation sharing, media rolled in on cue and live graphics, all mixed live into the kind of broadcast that usually needs a studio.
Presenters get a private green room: tech-checks and a separate, high-quality backstage to brief and cue them before they go live.
