For businesses and organisations

A virtual venue for conferences, AGMs and expos

Reach people wherever they are, give your exhibitors leads worth paying for, and get the numbers afterwards. We build the whole event and back you up on the day, with seasoned live broadcast and event production experience.

What your event gets back

Income from exhibitors and sponsors

Booths bring leads: live video calls, messages, email sign-ups and call-back requests. That makes a booth easier to sell and easier to price.

People from anywhere

No travel and no hall to hire. Members, customers and delegates join from wherever they are, on any device.

An event people remember

Guests meet at networking tables and in one-to-one calls, so they come away having met people.

Your team’s time

Speakers and exhibitors fill in a form each, and we build from it. Your team hosts the day instead of building it. No event team needed with Aula.

The event numbers

Where your registrations came from, how many people were in the venue hour by hour, and what each booth got. Figures for your board and your sponsors.

Events we build

Annual general meetings

A Broadcast: members watch, ask questions and vote in live polls without turning a camera on. Poll results show the totals, not who voted what. If your rules call for a dedicated voting system, we embed it in the venue.

Conferences and summits

Several stages, networking tables and one-to-one meetings.

Member and customer days

A discussion forum before and after, and tables by topic.

Product launches

A produced broadcast, with a booth where people can ask about the product.

Trade expos

An exhibitor hall with booths grouped by category.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    A discovery call

We talk through the event and pick the format.

  2. Step 2

    One form each

You fill in the event form, and your speakers and exhibitors fill in theirs.

  3. Step 3

    We build the venue

Ticket page, checkout, stages, tables, booths and every speaker’s page, in your brand.

  4. Step 4

    Tickets go on sale

We send each guest a confirmation with their join link, and reminders before it starts.

  5. Step 5

    On the day, you host

We’re on call from start to finish, and our crew runs the stream if you’ve booked production.

  6. Step 6

    Afterwards

Replays, the forum if you keep it open, the attendance figures and your attendee export.

What you learn from your event

You see the event while it’s still possible to act on it, and you leave with numbers you can show your board and your sponsors.

While tickets are selling

Visits to your registration page, how many were unique, and the sources that sent them. You can see which channel, newsletter or speaker’s link is filling the room while there’s still time to push the one that works. It comes from the registration page itself, so there’s nothing for you to set up.

On the day

How many people were in the venue, hour by hour, so you can see when they arrived and when they drifted off. A live map of where in the world they joined from, which you can show the audience or keep to yourself. Poll results as they come in, and every question that was asked.

Per exhibitor

Traffic for each booth, total and unique, so you can tell a sponsor what their booth got rather than what the event got. The emails, call-back requests, messages and video calls a booth collected belong to that exhibitor.

Afterwards

Your attendance figures and an export of your attendees, as agreed in the data processing agreement. The sessions can stay up as replays and the forum can stay open, so you can see what people kept coming back to.

These are visit and traffic numbers, not a report of how long each person watched. If your reporting needs something more specific, tell us on the call and we’ll confirm what we can give you before you book.

Your event, in your brand

The venue carries your logo and brand colour, in a light or dark theme we choose to suit it. Menus, stages and spaces are named in your words, and so are the notification emails, if you want.

As a speaker, you were so easy to work with: inspiring, encouraging and pleasantly relaxed. It gave me a genuinely good feeling about doing my part, and the nerves melted away, because you were such an encouraging and supportive technician.

It was executed so seamlessly that I felt a quiet pride the whole time: wow, our event looks this good. Everything was handled in that “no stress, it’s taken care of” way, which brought an ease that money can’t buy. I’m simply hugely impressed, and I can recommend you from the bottom of my heart.

Questions organisers ask

Will it look like our event?

Yes. Your logo, your brand colour and your names for every space.

Who runs it on the day?

You do, from the host’s seat, with everything already set up. We’re on call throughout as your backup, and our crew can run the stream.

Will people actually talk to each other?

Yes, in a Summit: at networking tables, in one-to-one video calls and by private message. The discussion forum gets them talking before the event starts.

Who sells the tickets and lets people in?

We do. We run the ticket page and checkout, send the confirmations, and send every attendee their join link, with automatic reminders before the event starts. You can also import your attendee list to Aula from your registration or ticket sales system.

What do our sponsors and exhibitors get?

Visibility and warm leads. Sponsors’ logos are on the event’s home page, and at a booth, visitors can video call, message, leave their email or ask for a call back.

Can members vote at our annual general meeting?

Yes. Members vote in live polls, and the results show the totals, not who voted what. If your rules call for a dedicated voting system, we embed it in the venue.

What happens after the day?

The sessions can stay up as replays and the forum can stay open. You get the attendance figures and an export of your attendees.

Is attendee data handled properly?

Yes. We’re a Finnish company working under the GDPR, you decide how the data is used, and we sign a data processing agreement with you.

Can people join without signing in?

For a public broadcast, yes. If you need to know who attended, they sign in.
