For creators and communities

Grow your audience with a virtual summit

You bring the audience and the speakers. We build the venue, run the ticketing and produce both days, at no upfront cost. Everyone who registers is a lead you keep, and the ticket revenue is shared.

What you come away with

A list you own

Everyone who registers, including the people your speakers bring, is a lead you keep after the event.

A warm audience for your offer

Two days of your audience’s attention, and the main-stage pitch at the close is yours alone.

Income on top

Your half of the tickets and booths you sell, and all of your own offer.

New people who find you

You share a stage with respected names in your field, and their audiences discover you.

How the two days run

  1. Day 1

    Keynotes

Your speakers’ talks are recorded ahead with us, and you host between them, live or recorded. We broadcast it at a set time, so people show up for it.

  2. Day 2

    Live

Panels and Q&A with your speakers, networking tables, and booths open for your audience. Speakers take questions on stage and meet people at their own booths.

  3. After

    Evergreen

The sessions stay available as replays, and you can sell the summit as an evergreen event, hosted by Aula.

What you bring, what we do

You bring

  • Your audience and your promotion
  • Three to five speakers you’d like to give a stage
  • Exhibitors for the virtual booths
  • Sponsors and exhibitors
  • Your own offer

We do

  • The venue in your brand
  • The ticket page and checkout
  • The recording and live production of both days
  • Every speaker page and exhibitor booth
  • Running it with you on the day

What your speakers get

A stage in front of your audience, and their own ticket link or code. Every ticket sold through it earns them the seller’s half, and the people they bring still join your list. They can also have a booth of their own to meet people and talk about their work. Other terms and perks can be negotiated per event or per speaker.

Sponsors and booths

Brands your audience already trusts can take a booth. Visitors call them, message them, leave their email or ask for a call back, which is what makes a booth worth paying for. Booths are sold on a revenue share between you and Aula. A sponsor’s giveaway, shown as Prize by their brand, brings people to their booth.

No upfront cost

You pay nothing to start. Tickets are split 50/50: half to us, half to whoever made the sale. Booths you sell are split the same way, and your own offer is 100% yours.

Questions creators ask

What does it cost me?

Nothing upfront. You pay our half only from the tickets and booths that sell.

How do I make money?

From your share of the tickets and booths you sell, from sponsors, and from your own offer, which is 100% yours.

Who does the technical side?

We do: the venue, the ticketing, the recording and the live production. You host.

What do I need to bring?

Your audience, speakers and exhibitors. Sponsors help, but they’re optional.

Is the list mine afterwards?

Yes, and that’s the point of the whole thing. Every registrant is a lead you keep, so your audience keeps growing after the summit.

What do my speakers get?

Their own ticket link or code and the seller’s half of what they sell, a booth of their own, and whatever else you agree with them.

Do I have to be on camera both days?

No. Day 1 can be recorded ahead, including your hosting. Day 2 is live.

What happens to the recordings?

The summit stays on Aula afterwards, and you can sell it as an evergreen event. If you’d like the recordings in your own hands, there’s a release option.

Can a nonprofit or membership organisation do this?

Yes, if you’re running a paid summit for your community.
