Two ways to pay for the same venue

Creators and communities can run a summit with no upfront cost, on a revenue share. Businesses and organisations hire the venue at a fixed price per event. Everything inside the venue is the same either way.

Revenue share for creators and communities

You pay nothing upfront. We build the venue, run the ticketing and produce the summit, and you pay only when your tickets sell.

What you bring

  • Your audience and your promotion
  • Three to five speakers you’d like to give a stage
  • Your sponsors and exhibitors
  • Your own offer

What we do

  • The venue, the ticket page and checkout
  • The production of both days
  • Every speaker page and exhibitor booth
  • Running it all with you on the day

How the money works

Tickets

You set the prices, with our advice. Ticket revenue is split 50/50: half to Aula, half to whoever made the sale, you or the speaker whose link or code it came through.

Booths and sponsors

Sell virtual booths to exhibitors and sponsors, on the same revenue share.

Your own offer

Whatever you sell from the main stage is 100% yours.

Your list

Everyone who registers is a lead you keep, including the people your speakers bring in.

For comparison: hiring the same venue for a two-day Summit of 300 people, with five tables and three booths, costs about €4,800 without livestream production. In the revenue share, the venue and the livestream production are both included.

Venue hire for businesses and organisations

One fixed price per event, for the venue and everything we build in it. The production of what happens on stage is a separate line: our crew can run it, or you can send in a stream you already produce at no extra cost.

What the price covers

Everything we build and run around your content is in the venue price. The production of what plays on stage is the one line quoted separately.

In the venue price

  • The registration or ticket page, checkout, confirmations and join links
  • The venue in your brand, light or dark
  • Stages, and in a Summit, networking tables and booths
  • Speaker and exhibitor pages
  • The discussion forum
  • On-call support from start to finish
  • The event numbers and an attendee export afterwards

Quoted separately

Stage production by our crew. Broadcast-level livestream, mixing, graphics and playback, with a private green room where your speakers check their sound and picture before they go live. Priced per event once we know the programme.

Or bring the stream you already have, at no extra cost. Plenty of events are produced by the AV company on site, or remotely like us. We take that feed and put it on your stage, and the venue price is unchanged.

Travel and on-site work, if your event has a physical room, are quoted with the production.

Bigger than the calculator? Multi-day events, larger audiences and more booths are quoted on a call. Prices exclude VAT.

Pricing questions

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You pay per event: a fixed price for the venue, or a share of the ticket revenue.

What isn’t included?

In venue hire, the price covers the venue and everything we build and run in it. The production of what plays on stage is a separate line: our crew can run it, or you can send in a stream your own team or your AV company already produces, at no extra cost. Travel and on-site work are quoted with the production. In the revenue share, production is included.

What if our summit doesn’t sell?

You haven’t paid anything upfront, so there’s no fee to lose. You only pay from what sells, which is why we choose summits carefully with you.

Can a nonprofit use the revenue share?

Yes, for a paid summit for your community. For a member meeting or an AGM, venue hire usually fits better.
